I’m an integrative fertility counselor, functional nutrition and hormone health specialist, fertility awareness educator, and holistic reproductive & sexual wellness coach. I specialize in working with women and couples to help them achieve their wellness and fertility goals.

How did I get here?

When I was a kiddo, I wanted to be a baby doctor. The adults in my life told me that meant I should be an OB/GYN. So I studied long and hard with the full intention of becoming a medical doctor.
During my pre-medicine undergraduate studies at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, I experienced some major reproductive health stressors and found little support (and tons of trauma) in the conventional medical sphere.
After graduating and spending a few years in San Francisco, California where I discovered doula work, yoga and meditation, and holistic healing practices, I had a whole new worldview on what authentic, root-level healing meant.
During this time, I also discovered the incredible healing available by connecting to the experience of slow feminine flow, such as feminine tantric practices, living orgasmically, embodied self-care, and making pleasure as a life paradigm an essential part of every wellness-based life.
Through this epic journey, I have healed my own physical and emotional imbalances, which included detoxing hormonal contraceptives, reversing gut issues, balancing my adrenals and thyroid, putting a full stop to PMS symptoms, reforming depression/anxiety into pleasures-based living and exquisite self-care routines, sustainably losing over 30lbs of hormonal based weight, igniting my libido, and nurturing my fertility.

I am an Adult Third Culture Kid who has traveled my whole life including living in Saudi Arabia during my junior high school years

Guitar, banjo, piano, and violin are some of the instruments that I fiddle with (get it, fiddle😅).

My artistic side led me to write and perform a one woman show as part of my undergraduate senior thesis and to found a theater company in San Francisco in a past life.

I spent two years in apprenticeship under the tutelage of Rima Beth Star, who founded the Ebb & Flow Re-birthing Breathwork Method and is considered the “Mother of Waterbirthing” in the United States.

Being a Panamanian citizen through my mother, who was born and raised in Panama, means I visit Panama about once a year.

I was a vegan for 12 years, three of which I was a 100% raw food vegan. During this time, I was a hired raw food chef for several events, including one wedding.

Some of the nicknames given to me from some of my friends and colleagues include Pussy Priestess and Womb Whisperer

My graduate capstone was titled Sex, Money, and Mental Health. I was selected by my peers to be the Capstone speaker and the faculty to be our graduating class’ commencement speaker.
