As a qualified integrative mental wellness practitioner, I work with clients to address a variety of mental wellness concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress related to their reproductive health and fertility. Integrating a trauma-informed approach with somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, and functional nutritional education provides a safe haven in skilled hands where you can begin to discover and engage sustainable, whole system healing where the root causes of your reproductive health, fertility, and mental wellness are supported and addressed.
